H2H.tech is co-developing the global OMNICHANNEL CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT ECOSYSTEM project for company SANDOZ in over 20 markets. The scope of the project includes the management of Customer communication processes in the respective markets based on the SALESFORCE platform and the consultancy and co-creation of a digital transformation strategy.
As a result of the activities, the project team of Sandoz has received comprehensive strategic and operational support to scale OMNICHANNEL's activities in dozens of markets.
